We provide onsite services by a Registered Dental Hygienist. This includes an oral assessment, digital x-rays, and cleanings to any mobile destination, including businesses.
01 Convenience for your company
ProSmiles is a mobile preventative dental service that allows you to have your teeth cleaned, without the hassle of leaving the office. Our highly trained Registered Hygienists will have you in and out in no time with a healthier smile.
02 What we do
Just like at your regular dentist, we perform a complete Oral Assessment by a Registered Dental Hygienist. This includes one or more of the following services: dental x-rays, a full cleaning, floss, sealants, SDF application, and fluoride varnish.
During the cleaning your dental x-rays will be sent to our dentist, where he will review your assessment and make any follow up recommendations.
03 No Additional Cost
We perform these services at absolutely no cost to your company by using the same dental insurance you already offer your employees. We bill insurance for services provided, including Medicaid. That way you and your employees never see a bill from us.
HELP US HELP A CHILD
For every insured employee we see, we commit to help a local elementary school child that can’t afford to see the dentist.

Scheduling Your Business
To get started with your business all we need is to schedule an available date, time, and onsite conference room. You can contact us via email any time at support@prosmiles.dental. Also feel free to reach out to us at (801)649-4222.
Employee Registration
Once you have scheduled a date, we will schedule a time that conveniently fits with employees schedule. Our highly trained Registered Hygienists will have you in and out in no time with a healthier smile.
Dental Day
On the day of service, ProSmiles assembles our portable equipment in the conference room of your choosing. Our friendly staff will inform employees when it is their turn to have their teeth cleaned. Once they are seated, we will perform a complete Oral Assessment. If our dentist finds any problems, the employee has options moving forward. They can have us send their dental x-rays to their family dental practice or we can help them find a dental home for follow up care. It’s that easy.
Tele-dentistry
We do our best to come to you, but when we can’t, we’re here for you through our partnership with Denticare. If you have a dental concern and would like to visit with one of our dentists before deciding if you need to have it treated, Denticare can help. Their process is simple, you will talk to a dentist face to face and the cost is minimal. And you can do the whole thing from the comfort of your own home (or anywhere else). Frequently Asked Questions
+HOW MUCH DOES PROSMILES COST?
There is absolutely no cost to you or your employees. We will be billing your current dental insurance directly so you will never see a bill. The majority of dental plans include two free exams and cleanings per year. Many employees don't take advantage of this due to the inconvenience of leaving the workspace.
+ WHICH DENTAL INSURANCES DO YOU ACCEPT?
ProSmiles accepts most major dental insurance. If you aren't sure if your insurance qualifies, we are more than happy to contact your current insurance provider and work out the details. Email us at support@prosmiles.dental.
+ WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE A DENTIST?
Majority of the employees we see already have a dentist. If our dentist finds any additional work that needs to be preformed offsite, we will gladly transfer all our findings and x-rays to your current dentist. If you would prefer to have our dentist take care of any additional work, such as a crown, cavity, root-canal, ect. just inform the dentist and we can have them reach out to you to set up a time at your convenience at their local dental office.

STACI STOUT RDH, BS
Staci is a past president of the Utah Dental Hygienists Association and is an Adjunct Faculty member in the Dental Hygiene program at Salt Lake Community College. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Weber State University and has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 15 years. She is the proud mother of 4 boys.
TANNER CLARK, DMD
Tanner received a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Brigham Young University and graduated from Temple University with his Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry. He has been a practicing Dentist for 9 years.
CHANCE BASiNGER, MPA
Chance studied business at Brigham Young University with both undergraduate and graduate degrees, receiving a Masters of Public Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance. He has been a healthcare administrator for the past 7 years, receiving Healthcare Administrator of the Year from the Utah Healthcare Association.
